Monorail is faster than Keikyu to go to downtown but you have to transfer at the terminal to go to main areas in Tokyo.On the other hand, Keikyu is useful that you can go to main stations like Shinagawa (Shinkansen station), Shimbasi, Asakusa, Skytree, Yokohama directly. ATM is available in front of the gate of this station.
